  No empathy

  I came here with severe suicidal thoughts hoping for support, but I left feeling unheard and hopeless. My medication history was not discussed, and I was prescribed a drug without any explanation of risks or side effects. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and discouraged from seeking help.
